JASMINE - APRICOT - PINEAPPLE
One of our newest Single Origin coffees, the Ethiopia Shantawene Bombe is a fully washed coffee delivered by Ethiopian smallholders to the Daye Bensa network.
ALTITUDE: 1,990-2,190m
Once harvested, cherries are carefully picked by hand and then they are pulped and left to ferment. Once fermented they are sun-dried on raised beds for 10-15 days.
Wonderful as a cup of filter coffee or a light espresso.
With tasting notes of jasmine, apricot and pineapple this is a bright and floral cup of coffee.
