The coffees both from Finca El Gobiado Farm (owned and farmed for four generations by the Alfaro Family) is located in the Apaneca Illamatepec Mountain Range. Its location provides elevation, volcanic terrain and an ideal climate, resulting in perfect growing conditions for their outstanding coffee.
Their Natural process single origin consists of leaving the beans in their fruit after harvest and then sun dried for around 23-30 days. This controlled fermentation process results in a totally unique coffee experience.
And the Honey processed coffee maintains the clarity and acidity of its original state with the added benefits of sweetness and complexity from the fermentation. It boasts the best of both.
