From the Sidamo region of Ethiopia in the village of Bombe. This bean is grown at a whopping 1900-2190 metres above sea level which lends this coffee its complex fruity qualities and takes incredible effort to cultivate, harvest & bring to market.
Each brew method will bring out something unique...a vibrant juicy Filter, an indulgent dessert-like Cafetiere and a surprisingly punchy & funky Espresso.
