NATURAL - Buttery, Sugar Cane, Grape acidity/Sherry Like
This Single Origin coffee is from the Finca El Gobiado, owned and farmed for four generations by the Alfaro Family, and located in the Apaneca Illamatepec Mountain Range. Its location provides elevation, volcanic terrain and an ideal climate, resulting in perfect growing conditions for their outstanding coffee.
Their Natural process single origin consists of leaving the beans in their fruit after harvest and then sun dried for around 23-30 days. This controlled fermentation process results in a totally unique and exciting coffee experience.
