This coffee is harvested at Finca El Gobiado Farm in El Salvador, located in the
Apaneca Illamatepec mountains. The Alfaro family has owned and farmed coffee here
for four generations, where elevation, volcanic terrain and an ideal climate helps
their coffee production flourish.
Their Natural process single origin consists of leaving the beans in their fruit after harvest and then sun dried for around 23-30 days. This controlled fermentation process results in a totally unique and exciting coffee experience.
